FOR WORKSHOPS: To receive a full refund, we require at least 48 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled workshop if you need to cancel your registration. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this period.for.
FOR PHYSICAL PURCHASES:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it. Here’s how it works:
- Returns/Exchanges: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- How to Start a Return: Email [your@email.com] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll send you instructions and an RMA number.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
